Plus electromagnetism has no deep bearing on the fabrics of time and space on the scale you're referring too. Mainly because time travel would have to forgo electromagnetism all together as slip space is a separate entity with it's own fundamental laws. It would have to be an ultradense material that's highly manipulatable on a subatomic level to cause such an anomaly.
